Job Description
Job Title: Pastry Commis III
Job Summary:
Assist the pastry team in preparing desserts, pastries, and bakery items while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and support senior pastry chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the pastry kitchen
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients
Requirements:
- Basic pastry/bakery knowledge
- 6 months – 1 year experience preferred
- Team player with willingness to learn.
