Job Title: Commi III – Kitchen Operations

Department: Operations (Kitchen)

Reporting To: Commi II / Outlet Manager

Work Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (preferred)

Qualification: Basic culinary training / F&B production course preferred/ 10th pass


Position Summary (Role ka Purpose): Commi III kitchen operations ko support karta hai by proper food preparation, mise-en-place, cleaning aur Caterspoint ke quality & hygiene standards follow karke. Ye role kitchen execution ka base level hai jahan se candidate recipes, SOPs aur hygiene discipline seekh kar taste, cleanliness aur efficiency maintain karta hai.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Food Preparation & Production SupportRecipe sheet ke according cutting, chopping, portioning aur basic prep ka kaam karna.
  • Shift se pehle aur shift ke baad station ready rakhna – saara mise-en-place complete hona chahiye.
  • Training manual aur kitchen SOP ke according recipe aur portion size strictly follow karna.
  • Production time ke dauran Commi II aur CDP ko assist karna for smooth workflow.
  • Raw materials ka proper labeling, storage aur FIFO (First In First Out) follow karna.
  • 2. Hygiene & SanitationFSSAI aur FSMS hygiene standards ka 100% compliance ensure karna.
  • Har batch ya shift ke baad workstation, utensils aur equipment properly clean karna.
  • Color-coded chopping boards ka correct use aur cleaning schedule follow karna.
  • Proper grooming maintain karna – gloves, apron, hairnet, shoes, trimmed nails mandatory.
  • Outlet Manager ke saath daily hygiene checks mein participate karna.
  • 3. Operational DisciplineAgar koi shortage, damage ya deviation ho to immediately Commi II ya Manager ko inform karna.
  • Daily prep log aur consumption records accurately maintain karna.
  • Rush hours ke dauran timely dispatch ke liye team ko support karna aur KPT delay avoid karna.
  • Opening, mid-shift aur closing ke liye shift checklist strictly follow karna.
  • 4. Coordination & TeamworkPackaging team, helper aur delivery staff ke saath proper coordination rakhna.
  • Senior staff ke instructions follow karna aur fellow Commis ke saath cooperation dikhana.
  • Daily briefing aur training sessions attend karna jo Outlet Manager ya Trainer conduct kare.
  • 5. Learning & GrowthProduct training aur assessment programs mein actively participate karna.
  • Menu ke different categories ke recipes aur product specifications seekhna.
  • Consistent performance aur hygiene compliance ke through Commi II promotion ke liye readiness dikhana.
  • Key Deliverables / Performance StandardsRecipe adherence ≥ 98% as per SOP
  • Portion variance ≤ 2%
  • FIFO compliance 100%
  • Hygiene audit score ≥ 90%
  • Prep time accuracy 100% as per production plan
