Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Commis-I & II & III to support our kitchen team in preparing authentic Italian cuisine. The candidate will assist in basic food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support chefs in daily operations to ensure smooth service and high food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:Assist in basic preparation of Italian dishes such as pasta, sauces, salads, and appetizers.
• Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
• Prepare mise en place as instructed by senior chefs.
• Support in preparing pizza toppings, pasta sauces, and other Italian specialties.
• Kitchen Support:Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage of food items as per FIFO standards.
• Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
• Quality & Hygiene:Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ensure all food items are handled as per health and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination:Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Assist during busy service hours.
