Communication Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Communication Marketing Executive to promote and sell WhatsApp Business API and Google RCS (Rich Communication Services) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital communication technology, marketing automation, and client relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities for WhatsApp Business API and Google RCS messaging platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business sectors.
• Pitch and present product features, benefits, and use cases to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and account management.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and digital campaigns to increase awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Create marketing materials, product presentations, and proposals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in webinars, demos, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, and business messaging platforms (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IT, telecom, or marketing automation industry.
• Understanding of API-based communication platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
