Company Secretary

Position: Company Secretary (Fresher)

Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

Location: Rajender Place, Delhi

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle ROC compliances and statutory filings under the Companies Act, 2013
• Prepare and file e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documents as per the Companies Act
• Assist in conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, and preparation of notices, agendas, and minutes
• Ensure timely compliance with annual filings, event-based compliances, and other secretarial requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for compliance-related matters
• Stay updated with amendments in the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013
• Hands-on exposure to ROC filings and MCA portal
• Good drafting and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and organizational skills
