Role Summary: We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer to provide on-site IT support and hardware troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware issues, performing repairs, and ensuring smooth system operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in computer components, OS installation, and basic networking. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT hardware support and be comfortable handling on-site client requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and repair computer components (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboard, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Support system setup and installation of OS & software.
• Maintain hardware inventory and update service reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of client IT concerns.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of desktop components and peripherals.
• Knowledge of operating system installation & basic networking.
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware faults efficiently.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
