Job Description
- Job Responsibilities – Computer Hardware Support EngineerInstall, repair, and maintain computer hardware systems, POS devices, and related peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Recommend suitable hardware upgrades and improvements based on performance needs.
- Ensure all hardware is fully compatible with existing software, network setups, and system environments.
- Perform thorough Quality Checks (QC) on all devices before shipment to meet company standards.
- Help in secure and safe packing of devices for dispatch, working closely with other technical team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, QC reports, and hardware installations.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers whenever required.
