 Calculate production in the morning and mention it in register.

 Mention wire issued to machines at night and in the day.

 Calculate wire, size available two times in the day. Morning and evening.

 Calculate material in and material out for plating in register and excel.

 Calculate material in and material out for finished goods in register and excel.

 Coordinate with plating wala for timely delivery of

plated goods and pickup of un-plated goods. Weigh the katte before and after delivery.

 Daily bill generation, printing and issuing the bill to drivers. Keeping a triplicate of bill in

billing folders (SVEW/ALFA).

 Keep the received bills in the folder.

 Arriving of purchased wire:- Inform about the delivery particulars like (No.

of bundles, weight of bundles and total price). Count the wire bundles before and after

unloading the wire.

 Field work:- delivering the bundles from and to plating like Chawla ji and Auto black.

 Printing dispatch slips and more factory related material as demanded.
