Night Computer Operator

Join our fast‑paced, learning‑focused, and collaborative security services company in Delhi. As the Night Computer Operator, you'll be responsible for continuous live monitoring of client premises via CCTV and access control systems. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role ensures client safety and operational integrity throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor CCTV feeds, intrusion alarms, and access control systems in real time to detect and report suspicious activity.
2. Respond promptly to alerts or anomalies, escalate incidents per protocol, and dispatch security staff if required.
3. Maintain detailed operational logs: incident reports, shift handover records, system status updates.
4. Verify functionality of all surveillance and communication systems before and during shift.
5. Collaborate with security officers, facility management, and HR for incident resolution.
6. Review and follow the company's emergency response and escalation procedures.
7. Participate in regular training and drills to stay current on protocols and tools.
8. Perform basic system checks, daily backups, and report any hardware/software issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent basic education.
• At least 1 year experience in security operations, SOC, or computer / monitoring center environment.
• Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Office, ability to navigate monitoring software.
• Excellent observation, concentration, and multi‑tasking abilities. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Dependable attendance and reliability for fixed night shifts.
