📢 Job Opening: Backend Executive / Computer Operator – Loan Processing

🔹 Position: Backend Executive / Computer Operator

🔹 Department: Loan Processing (Backend & Chat Process)

🔹 Location: Delhi – Dwarka Mor

🔹 Job Type: Full-Time

🔹 Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with good communication & computer skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Backend processing of loan application files

✅ Data entry and accurate documentation of customer loan details

✅ Uploading & updating cases on CRM / Bank portals

✅ Handling customer chat process on WhatsApp (query handling, follow-ups, document coordination)

✅ Telemarketing for customer follow-ups and basic loan explanation

✅ Coordinating with sales and support teams for document collection

✅ Preparing MIS reports, Excel sheets, and daily case status updates

✅ Maintaining confidentiality of customer financial information

Requirements:

🔸 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email & PDF tools

🔸 Good typing speed and attention to detail

🔸 Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

🔸 Comfortable with WhatsApp chat handling & telecalling

🔸 Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

🔸 Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
