Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Prepare and maintain data related to the product listings, including description and bullets
Maintain inventory records and manage inventory levels
Assist with order placement and coordination
Provide excellent customer support through email and other channels
Coordinate with the team to develop and produce high-quality written and visual content for the website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
Undertake other important backend tasks as required

Other areas where assistance will be expected: product photography, ad campaign, label creation, research and development
