Usha Pipe and Steels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and responsible female professional to manage and operate our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling GeM portal operations including product listing, bidding, order processing, and vendor interactions.

Manage and update product listings on the GeM portal

Monitor tenders and bids, and prepare documents for participation

Handle end-to-end GeM portal operations including order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment follow-up

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely execution of orders

Communicate with government buyers and resolve queries related to products or orders

Ensure compliance with GeM policies and updates

Maintain proper records and documentation for all GeM activities
