Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage multiple teams, maintain safety standards, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and resolve any on-site issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential risks or delays.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Provide clear instructions and support to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and procurement requests.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.

Compliance and Documentation:
