Job SummaryWe are seeking a competent Civil Engineer (Execution & Interior Works) with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in civil construction and interior finishing works. The candidate should possess practical expertise in site execution, supervision, and quality control, particularly in POP work, punning, glass installations, and high-quality finishing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute civil and interior finishing works at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee POP (Plaster of Paris), wall punning, gypsum, false ceiling, glass work, and other interior finishing activities.
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor material consumption, raise indents, and manage site inventory effectively.
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Handle snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior execution.
• Strong knowledge of POP work, punning, glass partitions, finishing works, and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Good understanding of material specifications and finishing standards.
• Strong site management and coordination skills.
• knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
