Job Title: AI and Automation - Consultant - P2.

Designation: Consultant - P2.

Company: Hitachi Digital Services.

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, India.

Salary: As per Industry.

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through digital tools and automation.

• HR Domain Experience 

• Deliver end-to-end automation projects – from idea to implementation.

• Use platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA tools.

• Pilot new technologies (e.g., Copilot, AI solutions) to enhance productivity.

• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption.

• Hands on automation tools and best practices

 

Skills:

• Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Platform, RPA).

• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.

• Good problem-solving and project management skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 Years
