Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator who can bring our real estate projects, homestays, and lifestyle experiences to life through engaging content. The role involves ideating, shooting, and editing content for social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

• Create high-quality Reels, videos, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Shoot on-site content for villas, plots, homestays, and experiences
• Capture lifestyle, property walkthroughs, and storytelling content

2. Social Media Content

• Plan and execute content calendars
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts
• Stay updated with trends and viral formats

3. Video Production

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos
• Add transitions, music, subtitles, and effects
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity

4. Branding & Storytelling

• Build brand narrative for Apna Adda (experiences) and Digi Estate (real estate)
• Showcase USPs like ROI, lifestyle, location, and experiences

5. Collaboration

• Work with marketing and sales teams
• Coordinate with influencers / creators (if required)

🧠 

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation / social media
• Strong skills in video shooting & editing (mobile + DSLR preferred)
• Knowledge of apps like InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, CapCut
• Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends
• Good communication & storytelling skills
