Someone who understands story, emotion, and attention, and knows how to use AI tools to move faster and smarter — not lazier.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Strategize and execute short-form videos for ads & organic social media
• Edit high-impact videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
• Use AI tools for video, images, and ideation to speed up production
• Create and adapt AI-generated visuals (images, backgrounds, b-roll, scenes)
• Build strong hooks, pacing, and emotional flow in the first few seconds
• Collaborate on scripts, visual direction, and content angles
• Optimize creatives based on performance (retention, CTR, watch time)

What We’re Looking For

Strong sense of content strategy & storytelling

• Experience with AI video & image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Sora, Leonardo, etc.)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects / CapCut
• Understands ad psychology and short-attention formats
• Can think beyond execution and improve the idea itself
• Comfortable balancing human creativity + AI efficiency
