Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development & Testing
• Build new WordPress pages and simple sites using themes and page-builders.
• Thoroughly test site functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Technical Support
• Resolve day-to-day WordPress issues (plugin conflicts, broken layouts, update fixes) that don’t require deep coding.
• Forms, Funnels & Integrations
• Troubleshoot and maintain lead-gen forms, email funnels, and Google Sheets integrations.
• Implement simple integrations (e.g., form → sheet → WhatsApp notifications).
• Facebook Ads Reporting
• Extract and compile weekly/monthly performance reports from Ads Manager.
• Present findings to the Digital Marketing Manager and advertising team; suggest optimizations.
• SEO Reporting Assistance
• Support the SEO team by gathering keyword rankings, traffic data, and backlink summaries.
• Help format and distribute SEO performance reports.
• Social Media Analytics
• Pull social media metrics (reach, engagement, video watch time, hook rate, etc.).
• Highlight key trends and collaborate on strategic insights with the Social Media Manager.
