- *Cafe Description:* Our cafe in Delhi serves a variety of Italian/Continental/Chinese/Thai dishes in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

- *Role Overview:* We are looking for a Commis 1 to assist in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes in our cafe kitchen and candidate who is willing to learn about other sections in the kitchen.

- *Key Responsibilities:*

  - Assist in preparation and cooking continental dishes, maintaining utmost quality and preparing within designated time frame.

  - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

  - Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

  - Support kitchen staff in plating and presenting dishes.

  - Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.

- *Requirements:*

  - Basic culinary training or experience in continental cuisine.

  - Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety protocols.
