Continental Cook

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes and specifications
• Assist the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food preparation meets quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
• Assist in mise en place and stock preparation for daily service
• Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes
• Store food items properly and monitor freshness and expiry dates
• Support in training junior kitchen staff when required

Comply with hotel/restaurant policies and standard operating procedures
