Continental Cook

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Continental Chef to join our kitchen team at Stilton Cafe. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing popular Continental dishes and the ability to maintain smooth kitchen operations with hygiene and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Continental items including pizzas, burgers, pastas, nachos, and wraps.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Ensure quick and consistent service during rush hours.

Oversee the Continental counter and assist kitchen staff when needed.

Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and mise en place.

Coordinate with the service team for timely food delivery.

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

Monitor inventory and inform management of daily stock requirements.
