Working Days: All days are working

Leaves - 30 days Paid Leaves per year. Apart from emergency situations, no extra leaves will be allowed. Only candidates comfortable with this policy should apply.

Job Objective:

Preparing pure vegetarian dishes, which are delicious, nutritious and clean. Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and following all food safety standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to the menu and keep ready to serve on time.

• Balanced use of oil, spices and other ingredients in cooking.

• Checking food quality and store them properly.

• To ensure cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and its equipment.

• Working together with the team and helping if needed.

• Following the rules of food safety and hygiene.

• Able to search on digital platforms (YouTube, Google Etc.)  & can make various types of food.

 Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass, able to read/write in Hindi and English.

• Worked for a long time with Marwadi Family.  

• Male candidate & aged around 35 to 45 years.

• At least 10 years of experience in vegetarian cooking.

• The kitchen should have the ability to work in a clean and organized manner

• He do not take any kind of intoxication like Pan, Guthka,Tabacco,Cigrate,Ahlcohol .

स्थान: दरियागंज, दिल्ली

आवास: उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा

वेतन: अनुभव एवं ज्ञान के अनुसार

कार्य दिवस: सभी दिन कार्य दिवस होंगे

छुट्टियाँ:

• वर्ष में कुल 30 दिन की छुट्टी (Paid Leaves)

• आपात स्थिति के अलावा अतिरिक्त छुट्टी नहीं दी जाएगी

कार्य का उद्देश्य:

स्वादिष्ट, पौष्टिक एवं स्वच्छ शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन तैयार करना तथा रसोई की साफ-सफाई और सभी फूड सेफ्टी मानकों का पालन करना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• मेनू के अनुसार समय पर भोजन तैयार करना और परोसने के लिए तैयार रखना

• तेल, मसालों और अन्य सामग्री का संतुलित उपयोग

• भोजन की गुणवत्ता की जांच करना और सही तरीके से संग्रह करना

• रसोई और उपकरणों की साफ-सफाई व रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करना

• टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सहयोग करना

• फूड सेफ्टी और हाइजीन के सभी नियमों का पालन करना

• डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म (YouTube, Google आदि) पर रेसिपी खोजने में सक्षम होना और विभिन्न प्रकार के व्यंजन बना सकना

अनुभव एवं योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम 12वीं पास, हिंदी व अंग्रेजी पढ़ने-लिखने में सक्षम

• मारवाड़ी परिवार के साथ लंबे समय तक काम करने का अनुभव

• पुरुष उम्मीदवार, आयु लगभग 35 से 45 वर्ष

• शाकाहारी भोजन बनाने का कम से कम 10 वर्ष का अनुभव

• रसोई में साफ-सुथरे और व्यवस्थित तरीके से काम करने की क्षमता

• किसी भी प्रकार का नशा नहीं करता हो (पान, गुटखा, तंबाकू, सिगरेट, शराब आदि)
