- 👨🍳 Key Responsibilities:Plan and prepare authentic South Indian and multi-cuisine dishes.
- Maintain top-quality food standards, taste consistency, and hygiene practices.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and control food costs.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Contribute to recipe development and menu innovation.
- ✅ Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role (restaurant or hotel).
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Team leadership, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
