Job Description
Toast and Roast, a small cafe in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi serving authenticity in coffee and continental food is looking for it's head chef who can handle fast pace work cooking mainly Pizza, Pasta, Sandwich, burger, Quesedillas and a few desserts.
Also you need to have few stated skills
- Inventory management
- Ordering
- Cost Control
- Menu Development
- FIFO
- Handling and training Junior Staff
- Cleaning and Organising
- Creating and adding new dishes to the menu
