Job Description
Job Title: - Coordination Manager (CM for Delhi NCR / Gujarat - Ahmedabad)
About the Job
● This is a middle management and leadership role in the sales coordination domain for specific area (Delhi - NCR / Gujarat - Ahmedabad) as a Strategic Resource for coordinating the sales efforts of the Strategic Business Unit(SBU)
● The CM is expected to support his / her SBU to achieve sales targets of individual team members as well as the team as a whole with complete responsibility for supporting the sales accomplishment of sales targets of the SBU.

Desired Candidate Profile, Qualifications & Experience
● At least 5 years combined experience in frontline sales / tele-sales/ back office sales support experience in the Business to Business (B2B) Environment
● Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply but exposure to
○ Scheduling appointments for sales calls
○ Following up with prospective customers for facilitating closure of sales calls
○ Identifying prospective customers for cold calling and scheduling appointments for the sales team
will be an added advantage.
● Tele calling experience of 1 to 2 years is an essential requirement
● Age below 35 years as on the date of applying for the job
● At least a Bachelor's degree with good grades in any discipline. Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
● Pleasing personality with good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi or specific regional language.
● Presentable with professional demeanor and etiquette
Duties & Responsibilities
● Supporting team members by scheduling sales appointments and following up with the ongoing sales calls.
● Keeping himself / herself abreast of the product knowledge of the organization and sharing it with the team members and customers.
● Achieving team sales and collection targets
○ New Customer acquisition targets
○ Customer retention targets
○ Sales Collection targets
● Ensuring high levels of Satisfaction for both the Internal and External Customers
● Upholding corporate values , culture and organization's code of conduct
● Following high standards of professional integrity
● Retention and motivation of team members
● Directly reporting to the Director(CEO)
● Ensuring compliance of the self and the team members with all mandatory reporting requirements, training and meeting schedules.
● Ensuring transparency in documentation , while dealing and working with the customers, team members , colleagues and management of the organization
● Devoting complete time and energy to the professional assignment of the organization.
● To actively participate in daily sales huddle with the team members
● Ensuring proper sales coverage of the applicable territory (Delhi - NCR / Gujarat - Ahmedabad)
● Maintaining confidentiality of company strategy, data and other sensitive information
● Be a supportive and productive team player
● Following strict standards of punctuality for scheduled activities
● Not using derogatory or abusive language with colleagues , subordinates, customers , vendors, competitors and general public while representing the organization
● Jointly working towards achieving sales targets of the team as a whole
● Jointly working towards achieving sales targets of the individual team members
● Effectively coordinating for ensuring team motivation and performance
● Focusing on enhancing the required skills and competencies of the self and for supporting the team members in successful implementation the organizational strategy.
● Providing valuable insights and suggestions for improving the productivity and performance of the organization
● Achieving excellent ratings, for the self in product knowledge and skill tests, conducted from time to time.
● Understanding the strategy of the organization and be committed to its successful implementation
● Contributing towards building performance oriented culture of meritocracy in the team
● Being courteous, polite and professional at all times on / off duty while representing the organization
● Be free from the influence of Tobacco (pan masala / cigarette), alcohol or any other types of drugs / addiction at all times on / off duty while representing the organization
● Identifying quality prospects, building healthy professional relationships and presenting company products in a suitable light
● Having good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, Whatsapp

Remuneration:
● Fixed salary would range between 4.2 to 7.2 lac (INR) per annum based on candidate profile & experience.
● In addition to fixed salary, the job offers additional performance linked incentives and programs for rewarding good performance.
● Salary shall not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
