As a Corporate Development and M&A Data Analyst, you’ll support ThrivePass’s growth strategy through data-driven insights and analysis. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, working closely with our leadership team, investors, and private equity partners to assess future acquisitions and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of ThrivePass through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. You will:

  • Prepare and manage the investor data room, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and current.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare for private equity funding, including financial analysis, investor materials, and presentations.
  • Create and support executive-level PowerPoint presentations for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and potential investors.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, financial assessments, and integration planning.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy development.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating acquisition targets through financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Develop insights and recommendations tailored to executive and board-level audiences.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, sales, relationship management, and operations teams to support transaction execution and integration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external advisors, including investment bankers, consultants, and auditors.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just checking boxes but truly excited to make an impact. Here’s what helps you shine in this role:

  • A drive to innovate in employee benefits and make complex processes feel effortless.
  • A team-first attitude—we thrive when we collaborate.

Must Have

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A analysis
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating presentations for executive and investor audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing data rooms and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term project needs with long-term business objectives
