Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships & B2B SalesAbout the Company:Trajectory is a Shark Tank-featured comfort brand revolutionizing how India experiences everyday comfort. From car neck pillows to office cushions and hotel sleep accessories, our ergonomically designed products are loved by thousands and trusted by top marketplaces and customers alike.

Job Overview:We are looking for a high-performing, self-driven Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships & B2B Sales to drive lead generation, build partnerships, and close large institutional and corporate deals. This is a results-oriented role requiring proactive outreach, relationship-building, and a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify, qualify, and approach B2B leads across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, tech MNCs, and gifting agencies.
  • Corporate Gifting Sales:
  • Pitch and convert corporate gifting opportunities with pharmaceutical companies (targeting doctors), large tech companies (employees/clients), and event agencies.
  • Automotive Partnerships:
  • Build alliances with car brands, dealerships, and showrooms across India to place our comfort products as bundled add-ons or point-of-sale offerings.
  • Hospitality Sector Sales:
  • Identify and close deals with hotel chains, boutique stays, and resorts to offer our comfort products in-room or at lounges.
  • Airline & Travel Industry Collaborations:
  • Connect with procurement and product heads in airlines and travel companies to offer our neck pillows and travel comfort products.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting & Outreach:
  • Use LinkedIn and email to identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, set up meetings, and follow up for closure.
  • Custom Branding Solutions:
  • Work with clients to offer co-branded comfort products for gifting or placements.
  • Qualifications:2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Prior experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, automotive, or travel sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach tools
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Location:Delhi NCR (preferred) / Open to remote for the right candidate
