Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic CSR professional to design, implement, and monitor social impact initiatives aligned with the organization’s values and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a genuine interest in driving community development and corporate sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s CSR strategy in alignment with organizational goals and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute CSR projects in areas such as health, education, environment, skill development, and community welfare.
• Coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and social organizations to plan and execute CSR programs.
• Monitor project progress, ensure compliance, and prepare impact assessment reports.
• Manage CSR budgets, fund allocations, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Prepare periodic MIS and documentation for internal reviews and Board reporting.
• Organize employee engagement programs and volunteer activities under CSR initiatives.
• Build awareness and communicate CSR activities internally and externally through reports, presentations, and media updates.
• Maintain proper documentation for CSR audits and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align CSR initiatives with corporate objectives and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Sustainability, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR management, sustainability, or NGO partnerships.
• Strong understanding of CSR compliance under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and impact reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for social development and sustainability initiatives.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in CSR projects related to healthcare, education, or rural development.
• Familiarity with CSR reporting platforms and sustainability frameworks (ESG, GRI, SDGs).
• Strong coordination skills for working with NGOs and local communities.
