Role Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Training & Development Manager who can train employees across all departments, design customized learning modules, and track learning adaptability and performance to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cross-functional training programs for all departments.
• Create structured learning modules, SOP-based content, and training materials.
• Track employee learning progress, adaptability, and performance metrics.
• Develop training MIS, dashboards, and reports in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Identify skill gaps and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Eligibility

• 4–7 years of experience in Training & Development
• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
