Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken Part-Time Counter Sales Executive who can confidently interact with customers at pop-ups, offer tastings, explain our products, and convert interest into sales.

You will be our face at events.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage the counter at pop-ups and events

Engage customers in a friendly, confident manner

Offer tastings and explain flavours, ingredients, and product USPs

Actively promote and sell gelato, desserts, and packaged products

Handle billing and payments accurately (UPI/cash/QR)

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and product presentation at all times

Ensure smooth service during peak hours

Coordinate with the team for stock and replenishment

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi; Hinglish works)

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality

Comfortable talking to strangers and explaining products

Sales-oriented mindset (not shy about closing a sale)

Presentable and well-groomed

Prior experience in food, retail, cafés, exhibitions, or pop-ups is a plus

Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and event days
