Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Stall Sales & Operations Executive to manage sales at various events across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving gelato, waffles, churros, and shakes, while ensuring smooth stall operations, high quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Customer Engagement**

* Greet and engage customers with a friendly, energetic attitude.

* Promote and sell gelato, waffles, churros, and shakes to event attendees.

* Upsell and recommend product combinations to maximize sales.

**Food Preparation & Service**

* Prepare fresh waffles, churros, and shakes according to company recipes and standards.

* Serve gelato with speed and precision.

* Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all products served.

**Stall Operations**

* Set up and clean the stall before, during, and after events.

* Organize inventory, ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment.

* Manage cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.

* Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health standards at all times.

**Customer Experience & Brand Representation**

* Answer customer queries about flavors, ingredients, allergens, pricing, etc.

* Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

* Represent the Snowy Owl Gelato brand professionally and courteously.

### **Qualifications & Skills**

✔ Prior experience in F&B sales, stall operations, or similar event-based roles (preferred)

✔ Ability to make waffles, churros, and shakes or willingness to learn quickly

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in crowds

✔ Basic math skills (handling cash & POS billing)

✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

✔ Food safety/hygiene certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
