Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable women’s clothing
- Explain fabric, size, design, pricing, and offers clearly
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, UPI, card)
- Maintain daily sales records and cash counter
- Support stock arrangement, tagging, and display of garments
- Handle exchanges and returns as per store policy
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and counter
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations
