Job Description
- Key responsibilitiesManage the shop counter — attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and process sales
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a daily sales register or billing records
- Assist with stock management — receiving deliveries, arranging goods, and monitoring inventory levels
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with the owner for daily tasks, pending orders, and vendor pickups
- Handle basic phone inquiries and pass on customer queries to the owner when needed
