Tweens is a growing women’s innerwear and comfortwear brand focused on comfort, style, and performance-driven growth across e-commerce, marketplaces, and social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative & Content Operations Manager (CCM) who can take complete ownership of the brand’s creative execution, content flow, team coordination, and output quality across all channels.

This role is not just about making creatives. It is about managing the full creative and content operation — from planning and briefing to execution, review, coordination, and final delivery. The candidate should be able to ensure that all content and creatives are delivered on time, aligned with brand goals, performance-driven, and ready for use across e-commerce, ads, social media, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creative coordination, content planning, team handling, campaign execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Team Management

  • Manage and supervise the complete creative team including:
  • Graphic designers
  • Video editors
  • Content coordinators
  • Social media content support team
  • Allocate tasks daily and ensure smooth execution of all creative requirements
  • Maintain output quality, timelines, and discipline within the team
  • Review all creative work before final submission

2. Content Planning & Execution

  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly content requirements for:
  • Meta ads
  • Social media posts
  • Website banners
  • Product pages
  • Marketplace creatives
  • Influencer content
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, campaign objectives, and performance goals
  • Coordinate scripts, hooks, captions, briefs, and creative angles for ad and organic content

3. Creative Operations Management

  • Build and manage a proper workflow for content and creative requests
  • Ensure smooth coordination between:
  • Performance marketing team
  • E-commerce team
  • Social media team
  • Influencer team
  • Website / tech team
  • Track status of each task from brief to final delivery
  • Avoid delays, confusion, and repeated follow-ups through proper systems and planning

4. Quality Control & Final Approval Support

  • Check all creatives for:
  • Brand consistency
  • Visual quality
  • Accuracy of offers / product details
  • Platform suitability
  • Content clarity
  • Engagement potential
  • Improve weak creatives by giving clear feedback to the team
  • Ensure final output is polished, conversion-oriented, and execution-ready

5. Ad Creative & Performance Support

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives
  • Plan creative variations based on:
  • Winning angles
  • New hooks
  • Product USPs
  • Audience segments
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Support testing of static ads, videos, carousels, UGC-style content, and offer creatives
  • Help increase output speed without reducing quality

6. Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Supervise social media content planning and posting coordination
  • Ensure that brand pages maintain strong visual consistency and engaging content flow
  • Coordinate content calendars for regular posting
  • Monitor influencer and UGC content quality before publishing

7. Process Building & Team Improvement

  • Create SOPs for creative requests, approvals, revisions, file management, and delivery timelines
  • Build systems so the department runs smoothly without constant top-level intervention
  • Train team members on quality standards, content direction, and better execution practices
  • Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in creative operations, content management, brand coordination, or creative team leadership
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Ad creatives
  • Social media content
  • E-commerce content
  • Branding and visual communication
  • Ability to manage multiple team members and departments together
  • Strong communication and task management skills
  • Good eye for design quality, ad communication, and brand aesthetics
  • Ability to handle pressure, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of tools such as:
  • Canva
  • Photoshop
  • Video editing workflow tools
  • Google Sheets / task trackers / project tools
  • Experience in fashion, lingerie, D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing-driven brands will be preferred
