Credit Control Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Control Executive for our client, a car rental company to manage receivables, monitor credit exposure, and ensure timely collections from corporate and retail clients in the travel and car rental business.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

-Follow up with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners for overdue invoices

-Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

-Maintain accurate aging reports and share periodic MIS with management

-Evaluate creditworthiness of new customers and recommend credit limits

-Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams to manage credit approvals and payment terms

-Issue invoices, credit notes, and account statements

-Escalate chronic delays and initiate recovery actions where required
