Job Title: Database Manager (Zoho CRM Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Database Manager who can manage, organize, maintain, and optimize our customer data, with a strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and general database management principles. The ideal candidate will ensure clean data records, smooth CRM workflows, and support teams with smart data processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM database

Create CRM fields, modules, workflows & automation

Data cleaning, deduplication & quality control

Regular backup & data security implementation

Import/export data between different platforms

Create dashboards and data reporting formats

Troubleshoot CRM issues and automate processes

Assign user roles and access permissions

Improve and optimize CRM usage across departments

Coordinate with Zoho Support when required

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Zoho CRM modules & customization

Practical knowledge of database management concepts

Knowledge of CSV, Excel, data structuring & data formats

Experience with automation workflows & process mapping

Ability to handle large data sets

Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience working on Zoho CRM

Experience with CRM automation tools

Knowledge of API integrations is a plus

Database certification (optional but preferred)
