This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/CRM Executive at our Delhi, India location. The Sales/CRM Executive will be responsible for :
1. Corresponding with clients and leads through email, phone, and WhatsApp to manage inquiries and maintain communication.
2. Proactively following up to generate and receive new inquiries.
3. Preparing and sending accurate quotations and proforma invoices.
4. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
5. Conducting timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
6. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
7. Communicating order and dispatch status updates to clients proactively.
8. Ensuring seamless execution of the entire order cycle, from inquiry to delivery.
9. Submitting timely and accurate reports as required by management.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/ client relationship management/ client account management
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry is a plus
Knowledge of export business is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Keywords Business Development, Customer relationship, Sales & marketing, client account management
Mandatory Key Skills (atleast 1) Sales, Customer relationship, Business Development.

Salary range - 25k-35k.
Minimum experience -2-3 years.
