📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system and customer database
• Track, update, and organize leads, patient/customer records, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for lead nurturing
• Monitor customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
• Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement
• Ensure timely follow-ups and improve customer retention processes
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Support marketing campaigns by managing CRM workflows and automation

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRM Executive / CRM Specialist
• Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar)
• Strong data management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels and customer lifecycle
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

🌟 Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in healthcare or wellness industry
• Knowledge of WhatsApp CRM and email automation tools
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
• Understanding of customer support or telecalling processes
• Proficiency in Hindi & English
