CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system accurately.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chats.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) to resolve customer issues.
• Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM.
• Monitor customer lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups and repurchase.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolution status.
• Assist in customer onboarding and provide product/service information.
• Support retention and upselling initiatives by identifying customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in CRM handling and customer support.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in fashion sales will be preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling escalations and customer retention.
• Familiarity with customer service metrics and reporting.
• Experience in sales support or follow-up management is an added advantage.
