CRM Executive

We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage post-sales operations, ensure smooth coordination with clients, and drive timely collections.

This role requires strong follow-up skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle after-sales service and client coordination
• Manage regular follow-ups with schools and clients
• Drive collections and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate internally with sales, production, and accounts teams
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Handle calling and communication with clients
• Track order status and ensure timely updates to clients
• Resolve client queries and issues efficiently
• Requirements (Must Have)Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM / coordination / operations role
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good command over English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
