CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start or grow their career in customer relationship management. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationship with customers, supporting CRM campaigns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day customer interactions via phone, email, or CRM platforms
• Update and maintain customer databases accurately
• Assist in executing CRM campaigns and follow-ups
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
