Job Description:

  • Make calls to business clients for payment follow-ups and reminders
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from clients
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with B2B customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in calling and collections (B2B preferred)
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge
  • Experience in power/energy sector is a plus
