Job Description

  •         Handle MIS relating to working of Operations(Field) team and collect daily and wekly reports and summarize and put up to Management
  •         Maintain documentation relating to ongoing client contracts
  •         Ensure new deployments are done as per company policies and SOPs
  •         Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  •         Use company’s internal tasking and complaint tracking systems to ensure any complaints are resolved in a timebound manner
  •         Take feedback on service from customers
  •      Coordinate for billing and collections from sites including making calls from HO for managing receivables
  • Only persons with minimum 3 years's exp in security industry should apply
