Job Description
- Handle MIS relating to working of Operations(Field) team and collect daily and wekly reports and summarize and put up to Management
- Maintain documentation relating to ongoing client contracts
- Ensure new deployments are done as per company policies and SOPs
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
- Use company’s internal tasking and complaint tracking systems to ensure any complaints are resolved in a timebound manner
- Take feedback on service from customers
- Coordinate for billing and collections from sites including making calls from HO for managing receivables
- Only persons with minimum 3 years's exp in security industry should apply
