Job Description

  • 🛠 Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Tracking & MonitoringTrack daily shipments (inbound/outbound) using tracking tools, portals, or transporter updates.
  • Monitor delivery status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Maintain real-time records of dispatched, in-transit, and delivered shipments.
  • 2. Customer CommunicationShare timely delivery updates with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delays, or delivery schedules.
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and operations.
  • 3. Coordination with Transporters & DriversCoordinate with drivers, transport partners, and warehouses for delivery confirmations.
  • Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) and upload/submit in the system.
  • Escalate issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or incorrect addresses.
  • 4. Issue ResolutionIdentify risks such as delays, incomplete documents, or incorrect delivery information.
  • Proactively resolve issues in coordination with the operations and customer service team.
  • Provide alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily delivery follow-up reports.
  • Update CRM or tracking systems with the latest status.
  • Prepare daily MIS for pending deliveries, delays, and completed shipments.
  • 📘 Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum graduate (any stream); logistics background preferred.
  • 1–4 years experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or transport.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, tracking tools, and CRM systems.
  • ✨ Preferred AttributesFast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle urgent deliveries and tight timelines.

Experience in B2B logistics or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
