CT & X-Ray Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT and X-Ray Technician to join our diagnostic imaging team. The technician will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate diagnostic results. The role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and strict adherence to radiation safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process CT scans and X-ray examinations as prescribed by physicians.

• Operate and maintain radiographic and CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process, and positioning them correctly.

• Follow established protocols to ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and self.

• Evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality before submitting to radiologists.

• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and documentation in compliance with medical and legal standards.

• Assist physicians and radiologists during interventional or emergency procedures.

• Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.

• Participate in quality assurance and equipment maintenance programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

• Valid Radiologic Technologist License / Certification (as per state/country regulations).

• Certification in CT imaging (preferred or required based on regulatory standards).

• Proven experience as an X-Ray and/or CT Technician (minimum [X] years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, radiation safety, and patient care practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and medical staff.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
