Customer Assistance Manager-Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit

- Manage customer assistance related to Loan Against Property products, focusing on hardship assistance. - Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to loan hardships. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer issues. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance cases. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Support the financial services team in improving customer satisfaction and retention. - Work closely with loan processing and risk management teams to address customer concerns effectively. - Facilitate communication between customers and the bank to resolve hardship cases promptly. - Monitor and report on the status of hardship assistance cases to management. - Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
