We are looking for a highly disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage end-to-end customer support and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls

• Confirming orders with customers and ensuring accuracy

• Managing order processing, dispatch, tracking, returns, and exchanges

• Complete handling of Shopify backend (orders, updates, refunds, customer data)

• Creating shipping labels and coordinating shipments via ShipFast

• Maintaining and updating records using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel

• Managing daily reports, order status, and inventory coordination

• Educating customers about home furnishing products, including sizing, materials, and pricing

• Ensuring professional, timely, and brand-aligned customer interaction

• Taking full accountability and ownership of assigned tasks


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Advanced Excel knowledge (all formulas, reports, data handling)

• Strong command over Google Sheets

• Complete knowledge of Shopify

• Hands-on experience with ShipFast (label creation & shipment handling)

• Prior experience in e-commerce customer service

• Strong management and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• High level of discipline, professionalism, and reliability

• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability


Preferred:

• Experience with home furnishing products or similar categories

• Immediate joiners preferred
