Job Description
Job Position: Tele Caller
Job Summary:
Hiring for a Tele Caller. The role involves engaging with company-provided leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable membership solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Interacting with potential clients via calls and messages.
•Explaining website membership features and benefits.
•Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable plans.
•Maintaining lead records and follow-ups on excel.
Starting salary range: 1.5LPA + incentives to 3LPA + incentives
Working days: 6 working days, Sundays off.
Job timings: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
