Job Description

  • 🎯 Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Calls & Instagram
  • Resolve complaints related to orders, delivery, returns & refunds
  • Follow up on pending payments and COD confirmations
  • Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) through confirmation calls
  • Maintain daily customer support reports
  • Coordinate with warehouse & courier team for smooth operations
  • Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat orders
  • ✅ Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify / order panels (preferred)
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems calmly



  • 💰 Salary:
  • ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives
  • 🕒 Working Hours:6 days working
  • 10 AM – 7 PM
