Job Description
- 🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Calls & Instagram
- Resolve complaints related to orders, delivery, returns & refunds
- Follow up on pending payments and COD confirmations
- Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) through confirmation calls
- Maintain daily customer support reports
- Coordinate with warehouse & courier team for smooth operations
- Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat orders
- ✅ Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Experience in e-commerce or customer support preferred
- Basic knowledge of Shopify / order panels (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems calmly
- 💰 Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives
- 🕒 Working Hours:6 days working
- 10 AM – 7 PM
