Job Title: Telecaller – Herbal Products Sales

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for promoting and selling herbal/ayurvedic products over phone calls. The role includes generating leads, explaining product benefits, handling customer queries, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about Ayurvedic and sexual wellness products.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the appropriate Ayurvedic treatments/products.

• Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential conversation with clients regarding sensitive health issues.

• Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly targets.

• Record customer details, orders, and feedback in CRM/software.

• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers for repeat sales.

• Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain knowledge of Ayurvedic products, sexual wellness solutions, and company guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with telecalling ethics and customer privacy norms.
